  • Rejuvenate yourself with a Full Body Massage, targeting trigger points/aches/ injury, this service starts of with a Full Body Range of Motion (ROM) Assessment to help us measure flexibility involving ligaments, tendon, muscles, bones and joints and identify if there are any limitations of the bony structure/ connective tissue/ muscles. Then followed by a combination of massage techniques and various modalities techniques including: Dry cupping, IASTM (Graston Therapy) , Nerve Flossing all tailored to your needs. Then the session will end with Assisted Stretching and some take home advice and stretches to do at home.

  • This treatment utilises : Assisted Passive Stretching where the therapist does the work, guiding your limbs and body into stretches, allowing you to fully relax.

    It involves extended Holds-Positions are held for longer periods to allow muscles and connective tissues to lengthen and release tension.

    Controlled Pressure- Gentle pressure is applied to deepen the stretch, enhancing flexibility without strain.

    PNF Stretching (Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation) may also be used which involves contracting and relaxing muscles to deepen the stretch which helps improve flexibility, increase range of motion and relieve tension in tight muscles and joints.

    Active Release Technique (ART)

  • Initial consultation is required to understand the injury and where the root pain is. Within the consultation, an establishment of the goals of taping will be made to discuss the most suitable type of taping to use.

    Sports taping is an effective and versatile approach to supporting upper and lower limb injuries. It provides stability, enhances recovery, and reduces the risk of reinjury. We offer a range of taping techniques tailored to your needs, including Kinesiology Taping (KT), Zinc Oxide Taping, and Elastic Adhesive Bandage (EAB) Taping.
